An interesting meeting entitled ASSISTED NEGOTIATION, MEDIATION AND COLLABORATIVE PRACTICE COMPARED – Analysis of a case-study will be held on December 2nd (from 2:30pm) at the University of Trento School of Law.
The event has been organized by Silvana Dalla Bontà and Carlo Mosca, with the aim to analyze how an interpersonal heated conflict (a couple divorsing) may be managed in three different ways.
